Essential web tools

Protolize is a wonderfull list of essential web tools. I have to memorize this place for the links to some open source templates, some css layouts and this CMS called MODx. MODx is described as an AJAX CMS and PHP Application Framework - have to look if it's interesting for my upcoming new website.
